  • Overview

    Provide helpdesk support for a diverse and ever-changing suite of internet-based enterprise computer applications that are built, managed, and maintained by the expert team of in-house developers and used by a restrictive client base of over 12,000 personnel worldwide.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for an overall understanding of each and every application to enable intelligent discussion as the Tier I Service Desk operations with the client
    • Escalate issues and work with disparate teams to resolve issues

    Qualifications

    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Required Knowledge/Experience:
      • 2+ years of experience with helpdesk
      • Experience in the federal government and DoD preferred
      • 2-years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
      • Exceptional basic computer skills
    • Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
      • Excellent problem solving skills
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Attention to detail
      • Self-starter and ability to work as part of team

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
